Overview

About this programme

Modern construction projects involve collaboration between multiple professionals including architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers. Building Information Modeling (BIM) enables these multidisciplinary teams to work within a shared digital environment, improving coordination, reducing design conflicts, and enhancing project efficiency.

This course equips participants with practical knowledge and tools to improve collaboration across architecture, engineering, and construction teams. The course focuses on collaborative BIM workflows, data sharing, model coordination, and digital project management to ensure effective teamwork throughout the project lifecycle.

Participants will learn how to implement BIM collaboration platforms, manage shared digital models, and improve communication between project stakeholders.
