Overview

About this programme

This course equips participants with practical knowledge and technical skills to use QGIS Desktop and QGIS Server for spatial data management, mapping, and web-based GIS applications. Participants will learn how to create, analyze, and visualize spatial data in QGIS Desktop and then publish and manage GIS services using QGIS Server. The course blends theory and hands-on exercises to ensure participants can effectively apply QGIS tools in real-world planning, development, and decision-making contexts.

Duration

5 Days

Who Should Attend

  • GIS Analysts and Technicians

  • Environmental and Urban Planners

  • Data Scientists and M&E Specialists

  • IT professionals managing spatial databases or GIS infrastructure
