Overview

About this programme

Development organizations and NGOs are increasingly required to demonstrate not only how resources are used but also the tangible results and impact of their projects. Results-Based Project Management (RBPM) provides the framework for planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating projects with a focus on outcomes and accountability.

This course equips participants with practical tools to design projects that are aligned with organizational goals, donor requirements, and community needs. It emphasizes results chains, logical frameworks, monitoring and evaluation systems, and performance measurement. Participants will engage in hands-on exercises, case studies, and group work to apply RBPM principles directly to real-world development contexts.
