About this programme

The success of any learning program depends largely on the competence of its trainers. This five-day Training of Trainers (ToT) course is designed to equip participants with the skills, tools, and confidence to design, deliver, and evaluate effective training programs. The course blends adult learning principles, facilitation techniques, and practical training design with interactive exercises, role plays, and feedback sessions.

  • Practical Exercise: Develop a 30-minute lesson plan on a familiar topic.


Module 3: Training Delivery and Facilitation Skills

  • Presentation and facilitation techniques for adult learners

  • Using visual aids, PowerPoint, and interactive tools effectively

  • Encouraging participation and managing group dynamics

  • Case Study: Managing a disengaged or disruptive participant in a training session.

  • Practical Exercise: Each participant delivers a 10-minute “micro-teach” session for peer feedback.
