Overview

About this programme

Effective WASH programs require strong project management systems supported by robust monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) frameworks. This intensive 10-day training equips participants with practical project management, monitoring, and evaluation skills to plan, implement, track, and improve WASH projects across the project life cycle.

Participants will learn how to apply results-based management, develop M&E frameworks, design indicators, manage data, track performance, ensure accountability, and use evidence for adaptive decision-making. The course integrates real-world WASH case studies, hands-on exercises, and tools aligned with donor requirements and sector best practices.
